I am a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coaching Institute with over 20 years in professional management and personal coaching experience.
After leaving my job in 2008 due to restructuring, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect to pursue my passion of working one-on-one with individuals. Since beginning the journey I have been witness to many amazing personal transformations that my clients never thought were possible.
My style of coaching is very straightforward and compassionate, where I have the innate ability to identify what really is going on and then guide the client to work through their challenges at a pace that is comfortable for them.
Coaching has offered me the opportunity to work with a wide range of concerns that many individuals face on a daily basis – whether it is struggles with relationships, weight-loss, low self-esteem, grief, career, or thoughts or actions that limits their personal growth.
I believe that everyone has the potential to move beyond his or her limitations, and this is where Coaching can help to move them forward.
